Do you deliver internationally?
Yes! $25 flat fee to anywhere in the world, minimum spend is $50
What shipping service do you use?
We use AusPost and Sendle, they are fast and secure.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You should receive your parcel within 2-7 business days, dependent on your location. This will be confirmed as soon as we receive your order. However, it may take up to 10 business days for rural areas. Please note that we do not dispatch or deliver at weekends or public holidays.
International parcels may take up to 4 weeks, please allow time for delays during COVID.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details for your order will be included in your order confirmation email. AusPost have an online tracking system. Approximate delivery times can be provided through the tracking number and your postcode. Alternatively, you can contact us:

What are the delivery costs?
We have a flat rate of $15 to locations within Australia.
Free shipping over $100 within Australia
$25 flat fee for international orders.
Refunds and Returns
Cancellation of Orders
Bruadar will allow cancellations of orders only if they have not yet been dispatched. For the avoidance of any doubt, you may not cancel an order after it has been dispatched.
Do you accept returns?
Only if your product is damaged on arrival. Simply send us an email with a photo of the damaged goods within 30 days and we will happily refund or exchange for you.
Exchanges will be processed within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received.
Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit/debit which the purchase was made, within 2 working days from the date the we are informed of damages. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect against an account, depending on the bank.
